5. Processing of personal data as a processor.
5.1. The User who has contracted FUJI Precision as a Processor for the provision of services authorizes him to process the personal data necessary for the provision of the requested services.
5.2. In order to perform the services related to the realization of the objectives of this task, the controller will provide FUJI Precision with the personal data necessary for the provision of the requested services.
5.3. The agreement will remain in force for as long as the business relationship is maintained. Once this contractual relationship has ended, FUJI Precision must return the Personal Data to the Controller or transfer it to another processor designated by the Controller and delete any copies in its possession. However, the data may be blocked in order to resolve possible administrative or judicial liabilities.
5.4. FUJI Precision and all its personnel are obliged to:
6 Process the data in accordance with the controller's instructions.
6.1 Record in writing all categories of processing activities performed on behalf of the controller, which contain:
6.1.1 the name and contact information of one or more Processors and of each Controller on whose behalf the Processor is acting.
6.1.2 The category of processing performed by each controller.
6.1.3 A general description of the appropriate technical and organizational security measures you are employing.
6.1.4 Where permitted by law, do not transmit data to third parties unless expressly authorized by the controller. If the processor wishes to outsource, he must inform the controller and request his prior authorization.
6.1.5 Even after the end of the contract, you remain under an obligation of confidentiality with regard to the personal data to which you are entitled to access under this order.
6.1.6 Ensure that the authorized persons who process personal data expressly commit themselves in writing to respecting confidentiality and to complying with the corresponding security measures, which must be easily communicated to them.
6.1.7 Maintain for the use of the controller the documentation evidencing compliance with the obligations set out in the previous section.
6.1.8 Ensure that the persons authorized to process personal data are given the necessary training on the protection of personal data.
6.1.9 When the affected user exercises the rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition, restriction of data processing and transmission of data to FUJI Precision, it must be communicated by e-mail to the controller's address. The communication must be made immediately and in any case no later than the business day following the receipt of the request and, where appropriate, other information that may be relevant to the resolution of the request.
7 Data Security Breach Notification: FUJI Precision will immediately notify the Data Controller of security breaches of which it is aware relating to personal data under its responsibility, as well as the logging and communication of all relevant information events, via its e-mail address. At a minimum, the following information must be provided:
7.1 a description of the nature of the breach of the security of the personal data, including (if possible) the categories and approximate number of affected stakeholders, and the categories and approximate number of affected personal data records.

8.5 Provide the controller with all information necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations, as well as to carry out audits or inspections carried out by the person in charge or other auditors authorized by him.
8.6 Implement the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and permanent resilience of the processing systems and services.
8.7 Return personal data and the media in which they appear, if applicable, to the Controller upon completion of the service.
8.8 The return must involve the complete deletion of existing data from the computer equipment used by FUJI Precision. However, FUJI Precision may retain a copy and block the data appropriately, insofar as responsibility for enforcing this clause can be deduced.
9 Duties of the controller:
9.1 Provide the processor with the necessary data to enable him to provide the service.

13.3 Right to erasure: The user has the right to request the controller to immediately erase the personal data relating to him/her, and the controller is obliged to immediately erase the personal data.
13.4 Right to restriction of processing: the user has the right to obtain the restriction of processing from FUJI Precision.
13.5 Right to data portability: The user has the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to FUJI Precision in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit this data to other persons The controller shall not be hindered by the controllers to whom the personal data have been provided.
13.6 Right to object: The user has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, depending on his or her specific situation. FUJI Precision shall no longer process the personal data in the event of the objection, unless the controller has demonstrated compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
13.7 Automated personal decision-making, including analytics: the user has the right not to be bound by a decision based solely on automated processing (including analytics) that has legal effects on him or her or similarly affects him or her.
